Fiscal Detail and Notes
The Department of Health and Human Services will require General Fund appropriations of $177,158 in fiscal year 2021-22 and $370,367 in fiscal year 2022-23 for all chiropractic services that are within the scope of practice of chiropractic doctors and performed by a licensed chiropractic doctor to be reimbursed under the MaineCare program. Federal Expenditures Fund allocations will also be required for the FMAP match.
