|
This amendment
delays the start and moves the fiscal year 2021-22 appropriations to fiscal
year 2022-23, shifts the rule-making requirement from December 31, 2022 to
December 31, 2023 and delays required reporting deadlines by one calendar
year. The Other Special Revenue Funds
allocations and revenue are backed out from fiscal year 2024-25 and moved to
fiscal year 2025-26. As amended, the
bill still has a General Fund appropriation to the Department of
Environmental Protection of $131,292 in fiscal year 2022-23. |
