	Because this legislation provides that the Permanent Commission on the Status of Racial, Indigenous and Maine Tribal Populations is required to convene the task force only if sufficient funding is secured from outside sources (Other Special Revenue Funds) to support the work of the task force, no General Fund appropriations are required.
	Additional costs to the Maine State Museum and the Maine State Archives to serve on the task force can be absorbed within existing budgeted resources.
