Fiscal Detail and Notes
The Department of Health and Human Services will require General Fund appropriations of $713,564 in fiscal year 2022-23 for the new claims associated with the change to allow the provision of personal support services by a relative chosen by the recipient of services in a home setting including one-time funding for technology changes. Federal Expenditures Fund and Other Special Revenue Funds allocations will also be required for the FMAP match.
