Fiscal Detail and Notes
	This amendment removes the funding from the Liquor Operation Revenue Fund.  As amended, the bill will not have an impact on the Maine Budget Stablization Fund or the distribution of anticipated liquor revenue.
	This amendment includes ongoing Other Special Revenue Funds and Federal Expenditures Fund base allocations of $500 per year beginning in fiscal year 2021-22 to a newly created Maine Healthcare Provider Loan Repayment Program Fund within the Finance Authority of Maine (FAME) to authorize the expenditure of funds received from public, private or federal sources for the repayment of student loans for eligible health care providers and to pay the costs to FAME for administering the fund.
