This bill would
allow certain off-track betting facilities that meet specific criteria to
reduce the amount of commission remitted to the State on certain wagers that
are redistributed to various Other Special Revenue Funds accounts to support
harness racing activities. This change would currently impact only one
facility and the reduction in revenue in support of harness racing activities
is not expected to be significant. |
