Fiscal Detail and Notes
The Department of Health and Human Services will require General Fund appropriations of $55,612 in fiscal year 2021-22 and $111,224 in fiscal year 2022-23 for the reimbursement of a parent providing in-home personal care services to the parent's child by allowing the parent to register as a personal care agency. Federal Expenditures Fund allocations will also be required for the FMAP match.
