|
The amendment
changes the reimbursement criteria for municipalities for certain expenses
incurred related to efforts to opt-in to permit the operation of adult-use
marijuana establishments within that municipality. Removing certain criteria
may allow more municipalities to qualify for reimbursement but will not
increase the overall level of expenditures from the fund. |
