This bill would
allow a holder of a commercial lobster and crab fishing license to also hold
a marine harvesting demonstration license. The number of current commercial
lobster and crab fishing licensees who would seek to obtain a marine
harvesting demonstration license is expected to be very small and the impact
on revenues is not anticipated to be significant. |
