The General
Purpose Aid for Local Schools program within the Department of Education will
require ongoing General Fund appropriations of $75,711,929 in fiscal year
2021-22 and $107,132,389 in fiscal year 2022-23 for the cost of increasing
the state share percentage of the statewide adjusted total cost of the
components of essential programs and services to 55% pursuant to Title 20-A,
section 15671, subsection 7, paragraph B. |
