This bill includes
General Fund appropriations to the Department of Secretary of State of
$368,433 in fiscal year 2021-22 and $593,009 in fiscal year 2022-23 to
provide free state identification cards for voters, a voter education and
outreach program and related costs to implement voter identification. The bill will also reduce Highway Fund
revenue by $243,399 in fiscal year 2021-22 and by $567,931 in fiscal year
2022-23. |
