Fiscal Detail and Notes
	Funding for secondary school students to take postsecondary courses at a community college or university in the State is included as part of the annual General Fund appropriation for General Purpose Aid for Local Schools program within the Department of Education.  This legislation permits, but does not require, this funding to be used for career and technical education (CTE) students to take postsecondary courses.  Because current law allows for these funds to be used for this purpose, there is no fiscal impact to the State as a result of this legislation.
