This bill
transfers positions and funds appropriated and allocated to the Permanent
Commission on the Status of Racial, Indigenous and Maine Tribal Populations
from the Department of Labor to a program account established within the
Commission effective October 1, 2021. The bill also adds a $500 per year
Other Special Revenue Funds base allocation to authorize expenditures from
funds received from private sources. |
