This bill would
amend the site location of development laws to allow for exemptions from
review if specific criteria are met.
The Department of Environmental Protection anticipates this change
will result in a small increase in projects that would be exempted from
department review. This will result in a minor decrease in application fee
revenue and minor savings from the decreased workload. |
