Fiscal Detail and Notes
The bill includes General Fund appropriations to the Department of Health and Human Services of $100,458 in fiscal year 2021-22 and $100,242 in fiscal year 2022-23 due to the repeal of the requirements for a certificate of need issued by the Department of Health and Human Services for the purchase of major medical equipment. Federal Expenditures Fund allocations are also included for the FMAP match.
