The bill includes
Fund for a Healthy Maine allocations to the Department of Health and Human
Services of $600,000 beginning in fiscal year 2021-22 for additional ongoing
funding to the State's school-based health centers to add additional
school-based health center sites awarded through a request for proposals
process. The Department of Health and Human Services shall give priority to
proposals which demonstrate a commitment to closing existing health
disparities based on race, ethnicity, or tribal status. |
