Fiscal Detail and Notes
The Department of Health and Human Services will require General Fund appropriations of $86,544 in fiscal year 2021-22 and $53,954 in fiscal year 2022-23 for one limited-period Comprehensive Health Planner II postion to perform the review of the rules within the MaineCare Benefits Manual and for an adjustment to an exisitng contract within the Department of Health and Human Services, Office of Aging and Disabilities Services (OADS), to complete the review of the rules included in the OADS policy manual. Federal Expenditures Fund allocations will also be required for the FMAP match.
