This bill
includes General Fund appropriations to the Department of Health and Human
Services of $357,571 in fiscal year 2021-22 and $356,803 in fiscal year
2022-23 for additional costs due to the repeal of the requirements for a
certificate of need issued by the Department of Health and Human Services for
the establishment of new health care facilities. Federal Expenditures Fund
allocations will also be included for the FMAP match. |
