Fiscal Detail and Notes
The Department of Health and Human Services will require General Fund appropriations of $357,571 in fiscal year 2021-22 and $356,803 in fiscal year 2022-23 for additional costs due to the repeal of the requirements for a certificate of need issued by the Department of Health and Human Services for the offering of new health care services by a health care facility. Federal Expenditures Fund allocations will also be required for the FMAP match.
