This bill
includes ongoing Other Special Revenue Funds deallocations of $102,485 per
year beginning in fiscal year 2021-22 to the Tick Laboratory and Pest
Management Fund program and $81,000 per year beginning in fiscal year 2021-22
to the UM Cooperative Extension - Pesticide Education program, both within
the University of Maine System, due to the programs no longer receiving
revenue from the pesticide container fee in Title 36, chapter 725. |

The bill includes
a one-time General Fund appropriation of $5,000 to the Department of
Administrative and Financial Services to remove a line from the sales tax
return. |
|
