This bill
includes ongoing General Fund appropriations of $67,286 in fiscal year
2021-22 and $88,604 in fiscal year 2022-23 to the Employment Services
Activity program within the Department of Labor for one Career Center
Consultant position and related All Other costs to support the education
program for direct care workers in career centers operated by the department
effective October 1, 2021. |

information provided by the Department of Education, programs for direct care
workers already exist within the department, so this legislation will have no
fiscal impact on it. |
