Adding an effective
date of July 1, 2025 reverses all impacts from the bill until that date.
After that date the threshold for diverting General Fund revenue to the
Parks-General Operations program for improvements at state parks and historic
sites is raised from $4,500,000 in the bill to $5,476,268. |
