This bill
requires the Courts to establish a statewide electronic warrant system. The
bill includes General Fund appropriations beginning in fiscal year 2022-23 of
$256,000. Of this total, $225,000 is to purchase a commercial eWarrant System
software product that can support an estimated 1,500 users and $31,000 is
funding for the purchase of hardware needed for justices and judges to access
the eWarrant system off-site. |
