This amendment
changes the implementation date of the requirment that health insurance
carriers provide coverage for medically necessary dental procedures for
enrollees diagnosed with cancer. The expected General Fund and Highway Fund
costs to the State Employee Health Plan will now begin in the plan year that
starts July 1, 2024. |
