The bill provides
a one-time Other Special Revenue Funds allocation of $460,800 in fiscal year
2021-22 to the Department of Corrections to establish and maintain a
comprehensive substance use disorder treatment program in all state
correctional facilities. The allocation is funded with settlement funds
transferred from the Office of the Attorney General to the Department of
Corrections. |
