The bill includes
General Fund appropriations to the Department of Corrections of $460,800
beginning in fiscal year 2021-22 to establish and maintain a comprehensive
substance use disorder treatment program in all state correctional
facilities. This estimate assumes there are an average of 32 residents who
would require injectable Medication Assisted Treatment at an average cost of
$1,200 per month. |
