This bill
includes General Fund appropriations to the Department of Defense, Veterans
and Emergwency Management for 3 Veterans Services Officer positions and
related costs to coordinate homeless veterans services delivery, data
collection and data analysis and reporting; identify homeless veterans as
well as those at risk of becoming homeless; and serve as case managers to
connect veterans with needed resources, including emergency food and
clothing. |
