Requiring the
Maine Apprenticeship Program within the Department of Labor to apply at least
75% of the program funding toward apprenticeship programs that pay at least
1.5 times the rate of the minimum wage upon completion of the apprenticeship
agreement will limit the amount of funding available for other apprenticeship
programs that do not meet this criteria to 25% of the total program funding
available. |
