This bill
includes Other Special Revenue Funds allocations of $200,000 in fiscal year
2021-22 and 2022-23 to the Office of the Attorney General to contract for a
Health Insurance Consumer Assistance Program. The allocations are funded by
transfers to the Attorney General of $200,000 from available balances within
the Bureau of Insurance, Other Special Revenue Funds accounts in fiscal years
2021-22 and 2022-23 only. |
