The bill includes General Fund appropriations to the Department of Health and Human Services of $31,234 in fiscal year 2020-21, $148,115 in fiscal year 2021-22 and $147,806 in fiscal year 2022-23 for the Department of Health and
Human Services to amend its reimbursement rate under the MaineCare program for dental code 41899 to $1,250 per procedure for freestanding ambulatory surgical centers performing procedures on the dentoalveolar structure. Federal Expenditures Fund allocations will also be required for the FMAP match.
