The Department of
Health and Human Services will require General Fund appropriations of $30,195
in fiscal year 2021-22 and $60,391 in fiscal year 2022-23 to increase the
rates for ostomy equipment to 100% of the Medicare rate. Federal Expenditures
Fund allocations will also be required for the FMAP match. |
