This bill adds
references to persons with acquired brain injuries to laws providing rights
and basic protections to persons with intellectual disabilities or autism,
including laws governing grievance procedures. Any additional costs to the
Department of Health and Human Services due to these changes are expected to
be minor and can be absorbed within existing budgeted resources. |
