	The bill includes General Fund appropriations to the Department of Health and Human Services of $2,915,479 in fiscal year 2022-23 for one Social Services Manager I position and one Social Services Program Specialist II position and related All Other funding necessary for the statewide voluntary early childhood consultation program and on-going funding to continue the statewide voluntary early childhood consultation program.
