|
This bill bans
the use of glyphosate and dicamba under certain conditions and directs the
Board of Pesticides Control, within the Department of Agriculture,
Conservation and Forestry (ACF), to establish a medical advisory committee to
evaluate the potential impact of herbicides used on school grounds on human
health and complete a final report of their findings by February 1, 2022. Any
additional costs to the ACF to complete the additional reporting are
anticipated to be minor and can be absorbed within existing budgeted
resources. |
