Any additional costs to the Public Utilities
Commission (PUC) as a result of the final adoption of rules regarding
underground facilities damage prevention requirements are anticipated to be
minor and can be absorbed within existing budgeted resources. The increased
penalties adopted will increase Other Special Revenue Funds revenue for the
PUC. The additional revenue is not anticipated to be significant. |
