The bill includes
General Fund appropriations to the Department of Health and Human Services of
$9,191,038 in fiscal year 2021-22 and $9,166,983 in fiscal year 2022-23 to
increase rates in Chapter 101: MaineCare Benefits Manual, Chapter III,
Section 65, Behavioral Health Services, Children's Home and Community Based
Treatment, Chapter 101: MaineCare Benefits Manual, Chapter III, Section 97,
Appendix D, Principles of Reimbursement for Child Care Facilities and Chapter
101: MaineCare Benefits Manual, Chapter III, Section 65, Behavioral Health
Services, Outpatient Therapy-Individual/Family and Outpatient Therapy-Group,
by 25% by July 1, 2021. Federal Expenditures Fund allocations are also
included in this bill for the FMAP match and Other Special Revenue Funds
allocations for the Service Provider Tax. |
