The bill includes
General Fund appropriations to the Department of Health and Human Services of
$500,000 in fiscal year 2021-22 and $500,000 in fiscal year 2022-23 for
expedited grant funding through a competitive request for proposal process to
recovery community centers located in Franklin, Hancock, Kennebec,
Piscataquis, Somerset, Waldo and York counties serving individuals with
substance use disorder.
The appropriation number currently included in the bill no longer exists
and should be changed to appropriation Z199 -
Office of Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services. |
