	The bill establishes a filing fee paid to the Office of the Public Advocate (OPA) for reorganizations of utilities of 3/100 of 1 percent of the total transaction value of the reorganization and increases the filing fee paid to OPA regarding the erection of certain transmission lines from 2/100 of 1 percent of the estimated cost to 3/100 of 1 percent of the estimated cost.  The bill also changes the title of a Business Services Manager position to a Senior Assistant to the Public Advocate.  The establishment of the filing fees will increase Other Special Revenue Funds revenue to the OPA. No estimate of the amount is made at this time.
