This bill allows
the Office of Public Advocate to accept funds from sources other than an
assessment on utilities to carry out its statutory duties and changes the
title of a position from a Business Services Manager to a Senior Assistant.
Accepting funds from outside sources will increase future Other Special
Revenue Funds revenue. No estimate of the increase is made at this time. |
