	Requiring 25% of the revenue credited to the Housing Opportunities for Maine (HOME) Fund within the Maine State Housing Authority beginning in fiscal year 2023-24 be used to support the creation of new housing units, through new construction or adaptive reuse, which are affordable to low income households, will reduce the amount of funding in the HOME Fund available for other purposes.
