This amendment
provides ongoing General Fund appropriations of $67,500 per year beginning in
fiscal year 2021-22 to the Administration - Corrections program within the
Department of Corrections to support the costs associated with increased
payments of workers' compensation for correctional officers diagnosed as
having post-traumatic stress disorder by a psychiatrist or psychologist as a
result of work stress. |
