Fiscal Detail and Notes
The Department of Health and Human Services will require General Fund appropriations of $1,886,523 in fiscal year 2021-22 and $1,882,803 in fiscal year 2022-23 for additional targeted case management services for adults with substance use disorder. Federal Expenditures Fund allocations are also included in this bill for the FMAP match.
