This bill directs
the Office of the Public Advocate (OPA) to conduct a study to identify
possible alternatives to the State's current system of retail electricity
supply. The bill includes a one-time allocation of $200,000 in fiscal year
2022-23 to the OPA for the costs of contracted services related to the study. |
