Any additional
costs to the Board of Pesticides Control within the Department of
Agriculture, Conservation and Forestry as a result of prohibiting the use of
pesticides containing chlorpyrifos beginning January 1, 2022, and provisions
regarding exemptions from this prohibition if specific conditions are met,
are anticipated to be minor and can be absorbed within existing budgeted
resources. |
