Fiscal Detail and Notes
	The bill includes General Fund appropriations to the Department of Health and Human Services of $518,443 in fiscal year 2021-22 and $752,077 in fiscal year 2022-23 to place a photograph of the recipient on the card of the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program, the Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children program and the State Supplement to Federal Supplemental Security Income program. Federal Expenditures Fund allocations and Other Special Revenue Funds allocations are also included for the Federal match.
