The bill includes
General Fund appropriations to the Department of Health and Human Services of
$199,800 in fiscal year 2021-22 and $399,600 in fiscal year 2022-23 to allow
that the period of time following delivery of a baby that a woman may be
eligible for services under MaineCare is 12 months. Federal Expenditures Fund
allocations will also be required for the FMAP match. |
