costs to the Board of Pesticides Control within the Department of
Agriculture, Conservation and Forestry as a result of changes to the rules
governing the registration of pesticides, conducting a study on the use of
fluorinated adjuvants use in the state and reporting on possible regulatory
approaches to control the use of fluorinated adjuvants are anticipated to be
minor and can be absorbed within existing budgeted resources. |
