Fiscal Detail and Notes
	The amendment reduces the General Fund appropriations to the Board of Trustees of the Maine Community College System from $500,000 to $250,000 in fiscal year 2021-22 and from $500,000 to $78,147 in fiscal year 2022-23.  It also makes the funding one-time in the current biennium only.
