This bill
includes a one-time Federal Expenditures Fund allocation to the Department of
Health and Human Services (DHHS) of $15,000,000 in fiscal year 2021-22 for
the DHHS to designate $15,000,000 of federal COVID-19 stimulus funding
allocated to the State pursuant to a federal law enacted after December 15,
2020 for community mental health service providers. |
