|
This bill changes
the laws regulating air emission to require the adoption by rule of certain
requirements and prohibitions applicable to the licensure or operation of
petroleum storage facilities with aboveground petroleum storage tanks and
bulk gasoline terminals. Any
additional costs to the Department of Environmental Protection for rulemaking
are assumed to be minor and can be absorbed within existing budgeted
resources. |
